Every new patient goes through the same four steps, at any of our four offices.
New patient paperwork
A few minutes covering your medical history and insurance information, if you have it. Arrive a little early, or call ahead and ask about completing it before you come in.
A full exam
Your dentist checks your teeth, gums, and bite, and reviews any X-rays that are needed, so nothing gets missed on your first visit.
A thorough cleaning
One of our licensed hygienists cleans and polishes your teeth. It's the same gentle care you'll get at every visit after this one.
Your plan, explained in plain English
If anything needs attention, we walk you through the options and the cost before any work begins. No surprises, no pressure to decide on the spot.

All four offices, Hartwell, Athens, Savannah, and Anderson, keep the same schedule: 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. See us before work, after work, or on a weekend, without taking a day off school or your job.
Tooth pain today? We'll do our best to see you today. All four offices work same-day emergency patients into the schedule whenever we can.

Do I need to already be a patient to book an appointment?
No. New patients are welcome at all four offices, Hartwell, Athens, Savannah, and Anderson. Book online or call the office closest to you and we'll get you on the schedule.
What are your hours?
Every location is open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. That's the same schedule at all four offices, so you can plan around whichever hours work for you.
I don't have dental insurance. Can I still be seen?
Yes. We offer in-house dental coverage for uninsured patients, advertised at less than a dollar a day, plus 0% financing for larger treatment. Call your nearest office and we'll walk you through the options.
I have a toothache right now. Can I be seen today?
Call us. All four offices hold room for dental emergencies and often see same-day emergency patients, so you're not stuck waiting in pain for a future appointment slot.
Does anyone on staff speak Spanish?
Se habla español. Spanish-speaking staff are available across our offices, so you can ask questions and understand your care in the language you're most comfortable in.
